My customer service experience was great. Your personnel never made me feel bad about asking to expedite installation as I was leaving the country for a significant period & wanted the shades up. The only issue is the price was a bit higher than I hoped. Hopefully once I've had a chance to enjoy the shades, I will feel the quality was worth the cost. Your customer service was stellar.
Even with the order being delayed for material shortage, I would use them again in a minute. Excellent on all accounts.

Everyone I interacted with was so nice. Lovin went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule. I've been doing election work and my assigned day off was on a Wednesday. Even though your installers come to the San Fernando Valley on Tuesdays and Thursdays, he arranged for them to come to me on a Wednesday. (I had been unable to change my assigned day off.)
