A most positive and perfect experience!
Not happy with service. I was dissatified with one window AND I was told to order and pay for new one. I was informed by technicians from the Shade Store and friends who recently purchased that I should have received a credit from my salesperson. I confronted her with this option, and she said no. Unfornutately, after doing 5-7 window in our home, I will never buy from Shade Store again. The Salesperson should have been more accomodating to a repeat customer. Instead, she said no and no and no....
Pricing very high. Particularly when we learned of Black Friday pricing. When the installation occurred Robert was EXCELLENT. But the scheduling was off and created a lot of inconvenience for us. Maureen is EXCELLENT.
Ultimately I am Very happy with our product. I find it quite shocking that you do not take away the large amount of garbage - many boxes and a huge garbage bag. I would have given a 5 across the board had you help me out with that. I have told a few people already that I was happy with my shades but for the price I paid - a nice clean up would have made you a great experience.
My blinds do not fit the window and when I called and talked to a sales rep she referred my "case" to customer service. That was a week ago and I am still waiting for a call from them . Very un happy with follow up. I paid $8,000 in advance so I am assuming u have my money and now u don't care how they look.
Someone sent me the wrong blind for my bedroom it was supposed to be a blackout blind and it wasn’t so now I can’t sleep in but instead I get up at sunrise because they sent me the wrong blind. Now customer service has ordered me the right blind but now I have to wait for the blind to come in, mean time I have to deal with all the light that comes in through the blind that I have now. Not to happy about the mistake that was made after waiting a long time for them to install the blinds. I hope I can get some compensation out ... read more
I have referred The Shade Store to several friends. Keep up the good work! Ted Layton at the Austin Domain store is fantastic.
The sales person, Kimberly, and the installer, Brett, were both very helpful, efficient, and patient and the blinds are lovely.
Only issue we ordered a motorized shade...but we received a manual. But we just allowed it to be installed.
