Sales and service were excellent! Only not enough colors to choose from and I'd say it's overall too cost prohibitive too recommended to everyone.

I'm pleased with every step of my experience in the selection of my window treatment. From the time I spent in the store searching for the right style and fabric, through the measurement, and up to the installation, everything was done cordially and professionally. I am preparing to place another order.
Though I'm very pleased with the result. . .I think the price was extremely high for two window coverings. Also for that price ,I think that installation should be included in the price. He was here for 14 minutes and I paid close to 300.00 for the install.
the whole process was exceptional.
all were nice, easy to work with.............however I just noticed 2 drapes touch the floor and need to be shortened a bit
I could have purchased manual roll down shades from Home Depot and been OK, but I keep returning to the Shade Store for the service. The design and sales, measuring, install, customer service- all A+++ and takes everything off my plate. The only thing I would add is it would be nice to have a video tutorial on the remote and all it can do.
My curtains are on back order - and I don’t believe that I received notification about this. Otherwise - I was impressed with the professionalism at all points of this experience.
