just wish we would've been able to use the Shade Store for the whole job! (we messed up and bought fabric before installing the tracks);
I ordered an extra wide single blind, 141 inches, which is nearly impossible to find other than at The Shade Store. The measurement, ordering, delivery and installation was a seamless experience. I absolutely love the beautiful fabric and the motorized control. Very much worth the investment!

Damian at the store was terrific. He was always very responsive and helpful. The only issue I had was with installation. I was told the installer would arrive between 12:30 and 2:30, but by 3:00 I was still waiting. Nobody called me to tell me he would be late. I found a number to call and they checked to see where he was. He arrived just after 3:30. He did a great job of installing my shades once he got here.
Everything was great except for the very long wait for installation.

Fantastic service from start to finish
The installer was friendly and professional, as well as careful with any scraps or trash that resulted from the installation. Everything was left clean. Additionally, the installation itself did not take long and every aspect of it seemed well organized.
The Shade Store is a guaranteed smooth measurement to order, tracking to install process. Over many years I have ordered beautiful & elegant draperies, hardware, fabric window shades and solar shades. Even once I sent product back with seamless return/reorder process.
