Window treatments look great! Designer (Kela Hugo) did an amazing job purely from photos and taking the time to talk about what I was aiming for in the overall room! Installer ( who also measured), Nick, did a terrific job .. efficient/in time, etc
Susan at the Shade Store in Newbury Street, Boston, has been excellent during this process. We're excited to see the entire shades and curtains come together.
The motors on the new shades are not the same as the ones I bought in the same room a year and a half ago. They are louder and the older ones had to be replaced due to non working condition. They are almost totally silent now and the new ones are much louder. I guess they are using different timing of production motors.

We ordered some shades originally 3 yrs ago and LOVED them but, when trying to order more of the same, were advised that the fabric/material was no longer available. We got several samples and, with the assistance of sales team, chose the one which was closest to our original shade. Upon installation, which had to be done 2x, we realized that the shades were too light and let too much light in. Your shades are expensive and well worth the money, however, when something is no longer available, then that presents an issue. We ... read more
