Shade Store is my "go-to" for window coverings that are trend forward but timeless at the same time! Great experience beginning to end.
This was our second shade in a few months. We had also previously used the Shade Store for other shades in our home. Everyone did a fantastic job and were very efficient. The only issue is that there is not a local number to call to speak with the sales person. Would highly recommend.
Perfect from beginning to end. Shades fit perfectly and are well made, look great. Sales reps helpful. Scheduling install easy. Installer on time and did good work, pleasant and respectful. I would use you guys again in a minute.
Sales associate Chip Mcfarland was very helpful. Had an issue with the ship dates and got a generic email from Veronica Torres that did not help at all. Eventually had to call Chip to finalize everything. Installation went smoothly. I am happy with the end result but the ones who work in customer service should actually do customer service.
Sales experience was pretty good in person but my designer was hard to reach and did not communicate the status of my orders, expected arrival of the items, or the installation. My drapes never shipped by the time my installers came and I eventually found out that they were on backorder but she didn’t tell me or reschedule my installation. The blinds need to be hung 3/4 inches higher. I asked for that during the order process and the answer was No. the installer was great and he agrees. He was to file a report for a follow-up installation appointment to install them higher so the gap between the molding and top of shade is reduced.
Matthew in the office was amazing and the installer was amazing as well. You guys have such a good team everybody’s so professional. They make you feel safe comfortable I’m so happy couldn’t be happier. Such a pleasure to do business with such professionals. thank you your team is outstanding.
Patrick Roswell is amazing and the reason I keep coming back to the shade store. The measure experience and continuous issues aren’t my favorite part.
