Services and products themselves terrific. We love the look we created with the shades and cornices.
Kamala Peterson was very helpful in finalizing the sale. I was very surprised at the high cost of a motorized shade. Kamala worked with me and we found the right shade for us.
Those are genuine five-star ratings. All the staff were was professional, from the charming and helpful sales rep to the experienced and competent measurer and installer. The shades were delivered early, and both measurer and installer arrived on time (a rarity!) The installation looks perfect (the only glitch was one missing battery which will be remedied). Everyone I dealt with was very helpful and nice. The installer was outstanding because he was also so cheerful and pleasant to be around. The curtains are very nice, good quality and the shipping process was painless which is rarely the case these days.
Excellent. But time to wait for measurements and install appts excessive. Abigail, our sales and service rep was outstanding and very responsive. Installation team was congenial and tech knowledgeable. This was a very good experience.

There was lots of miscommunication with sales . The measurer and installer were great! Very professional & competent!
The installer was scheduled between 8 - 10. I received a tex stating the install professional was on their way and scheduled to arrive in 51 minutes. That text was sent at 9:54am. At which point I had to reschedule other trades coming to the house and lost time and money. The installer arrived and gave no apology for his tardiness. That being said, he was polite and saw through the process diligently. It would have been ideal to have received notice of the delay way sooner to better accommodate scheduling conflicts.
