Very satisfied
I’m only sorry that the chain on one shade operates backwards but the next installer will correct that.
The only issue is the errors in manufacturing where the order requested reverse roller shades and they came regular. The installation professionals communicated the issue and the sales staff are currently addressing it
The entire team was wonderful! I’m so happy with my drapes and will absolutely use Shade Store again.
The whole experience was FANTASTIC until our shades were installed. The installer arrived smelling like a walking cigarette. Having a house full of kids, and no smokers in the house, this was already a borderline show-stopper. Next, I had him look at another french door that had your shades in order to "mirror" how those were installed on this go around. In installation new blinds were installed without removing old ones, they were installed ON TOP of the old ones although I had asked for them to be removed. Given the costs of Shade Store I would not have expected a neglect like this.
Not happy with service. I was dissatified with one window AND I was told to order and pay for new one. I was informed by technicians from the Shade Store and friends who recently purchased that I should have received a credit from my salesperson. I confronted her with this option, and she said no. Unfornutately, after doing 5-7 window in our home, I will never buy from Shade Store again. The Salesperson should have been more accomodating to a repeat customer. Instead, she said no and no and no....
Pricing very high. Particularly when we learned of Black Friday pricing. When the installation occurred Robert was EXCELLENT. But the scheduling was off and created a lot of inconvenience for us. Maureen is EXCELLENT.
Someone sent me the wrong blind for my bedroom it was supposed to be a blackout blind and it wasn’t so now I can’t sleep in but instead I get up at sunrise because they sent me the wrong blind. Now customer service has ordered me the right blind but now I have to wait for the blind to come in, mean time I have to deal with all the light that comes in through the blind that I have now. Not to happy about the mistake that was made after waiting a long time for them to install the blinds. I hope I can get some compensation out ... read more
