I dealt with quite a few Shade Store employees, either online, by email or in person. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
I was impressed with the professionalism of staff throughout the whole process and am very happy with the product.
The product is exceptional and Angie was so helpful. Overall, it was an excellent experience.
Big big fan!!!!
The shades are wonderful. Thank you for the very high quality job.
I was extremely pleased with my service at every level. I am an interior designer and I was originally looking at having Hunter Douglas do treatments in 2 of the rooms, however there were several delays in our finalizing this order with the client and push back I received from HD and additional fees they were wanting to add as a 'service fee' were part of the reason I decided to go with The Shade Store for all rooms, but the largest part was the way I was graciously taken care of and assisted at every stage of this process. ... read more
The white chain on the roller shade is made cheaply. I don't think that I would recommend it to a friend.
One of the doors was incorrectly measured by 10"
Once the shades were installed I noticed a gap on one side. When I asked the installer about it he said since it's bolted in the back, it will either gap above slightly or angle out slightly. We left it as is. Would have been better if he had pointed it out to me and asked about my preference before it was completed.
