My customer service experience was great. Your personnel never made me feel bad about asking to expedite installation as I was leaving the country for a significant period & wanted the shades up. The only issue is the price was a bit higher than I hoped. Hopefully once I've had a chance to enjoy the shades, I will feel the quality was worth the cost. Your customer service was stellar.
The only reason I gave installation a 4 is because I had to reschedule my original appointment. The lady who did come out the next day did an excellent job, was professional and very nice. She was not the person who was originally scheduled for the installation.
Even with the order being delayed for material shortage, I would use them again in a minute. Excellent on all accounts.
Everyone I dealt with was professional, friendly, and efficient. Lynne helped me figure out what I needed to replace some shutters. I'm very pleased with the result.
I like the fact that both appointments I had with the gentleman that took the measurements and the installer were on time. Both gentlemen very courteous and professional.
