communication could've been better
We live in Michigan and have a condo in Florida that needed blinds. The Shade Store was so accomodating. I shopped in Michigan, did the measurements in Florida and they held my blinds until I could get down to Florida for the installation. Everyone was on time with installation and it went smoothly.
Denise with the San Antonio Shade Store was attentive and followed up quickly when I left her messages. The measures and installer were both professional and performed their duties quickly and efficiently. Overall a GREAT experience.
I've used Shade Store for many years. My biggest issue on latest project was lead time to schedule installation. I have had a good experience calling the 800 number to resolve issues with installation. They have been very helpful.
Sales was great, however, you can tell the shades are made in different workrooms. I selected The Shade store to cover ALL my windows in my new build. They were kind enough to replace some shades I wasn’t happy with, however, one shade is still too short. Overall, I thought the quality & workmanship of the product would be better. I have purchased from the Shade Store before and I do see a decline is workmanship.
Our sales person was patient and knowledgeable. Th installation team was extremely efficient.
