Good customer service and the product I wanted.
Installer Omar was fantastic
only comment I would add is the pricing jump for various options is higher than I would have expected and an unpleasant surprise
Everything was done promptly and professionally. From our sales person, Brian, to the whole team that assisted us, everything was perfect

Norman Jaffee at the Philadelphia location was knowledgeable and patient. After I left the store with a bunch of swatch samples he was very responsive in answering questions via email. I will definitely order again from The Shade store in Philadelphia because of the convenience and I would recommend Norman because of his awesomeness.
Tisha helped me through the whole process. The install was quick and easy. And the shade is beautiful!
