Our sales person is awesome!!! The installer was great!
Had two different measurements after a change was made that would impact length. The measurement results were two different widths as the second person that measured saw something the first one didn’t. This would have caused a big problem and the inconsistency is concerning. Regarding sales, it was overall a good experience but difficult to get in touch with a specific salesperson
Our installation professionals were standing and walking on top of our couch in the living room. We offered to move the couch beforehand, and they had their own ladder. We had to ask them to get off the couch, which was just as expensive, if not more expensive, as the shades.
I was not notified that installer was enroute to my job. Had to call 800 number which was not open until 8:00 a.m. and my install was an 8 - 9:30 window. By the time I reached your office, installer was already at job. Installer said that he pressed the button on the app to let me know that he was on the way, but it didn't work apparently. Frustrating for me....
Last minute installation date change. Only one shade was sent instead of 2 ordered.
